TPS was charged with the design and engineering of a reusable packaging system for this customer’s surgical robots that are assembled and shipped all over the world. Our solution is a reusable set of structural elements that robustly protect these million dollar +
instruments in shipping and fold-up for return to the customer for reuse. The packaging also becomes a display for the hospital staff upon arrival of the robot.
