TPS has honed the highly refined design capabilities necessary to create temporary (usually corrugated) and permanent in-store displays that function effectively in virtually all types of retail environments. The fact that our expertise ranges from small table-top displays to full, pallet-sized floor displays allows us to carefully consider how your products should best be merchandised in ways that meet requirements of particular retailers.
TPS will design-and-build to meet the specs of your specific pallet displays. We have the knowledge and capabilities necessary to guide this process from initial package sizing to completing a finished layout that follows the standards guide called for by any of the Big Box retailers. As necessary, we can “back-out” the sizing for the primary package that must guide the configuration of the entire pallet display based on the desired per-pallet sku quantity that is needed and add whatever number of trays are necessary to maximize the use of the cubic space available in a 40” x 48” (or custom) pallet.
We will work with your brand strategy, budget and retail requirements to create unique display products that range from simple powder-coated steel shelf displays to free-standing in-store fixtures that present your products in fantastic and exciting ways to entice the retail customer. With a huge variety of materials and processes, TPS will work with manufacturers early in the design process in order to achieve success for our customers.
TPS will work with our customers to design smaller displays that fit the table-top or counter-top needs in order to facilitate the marketing of the particular products. We always will refer to the standards guides for each retailer and match this with creative designs in printed corrugated (usually E or B -flute) or printed paperboard.
TPS is adept at designing and engineering durable temporary (“Dump”) displays for a variety of retail environments. These types of displays are generally made from corrugated and have overall printed surfaces (Flexo or Litho) or 4/color spot labels and are designed to fit standard retail shelving or floor spaces depending on the retailer’s standards guide.
