Designers at The Package Solution work in virtually every form of packaging (including corrugated, paperboard, vacuum forms, and injection molding) using state-of-the-art CAD programs and sample-making equipment.

We provide a unique design service in that we are the structural designers, or architects, of a package. This is an unusual role in the design field.

Our design efforts are targeted in four key areas: aesthetic and mechanical creativity, improved product protection, cost reduction, and reducing environmental impact. We can design packaging for any type of product, from a clamshell that holds an electronic product, to a corrugated container that needs to hold 15 lbs of material, to a high-end box for a retailer to display a food item.

We incorporate the practical guidelines and limitations (product weight and size, display shelf size, etc) with the more intangible requirements of the customer (what feature of the product to showcase, what the design should communicate, etc) and arrive at a customized solution.
